Transitional-Age-Youth Program
Our Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program offers peer-guided, family-driven services for vulnerable, underserved youth with mental health concerns. Using a trauma-informed care approach, our continuum of care includes prevention and early intervention programs promoting wellness and group activities for social engagement. Comprehensive outpatient mental health services are also available as needed.
Our program is especially welcoming of individuals from vulnerable populations, including youth who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or on the verge of homelessness.
