





Erin Nkele, LCPC, LPC (she.her.hers) is currently working as a Part Time Clinician on The Mobile Crisis Response Team here at Imind Health, LLC. Erin is dually licensed in Maryland and Washington D.C, and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. Erin’s training and clinical expertise is centered upon compassionate treatment for issues related to trauma, anxiety, PTSD, neurodiversity and sexual and gender identity. Areas of specialization include, but are not limited to: Neuro Affirming Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Movements, Person Centered, Trauma-Informed Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing* (EMDR), Mental Health First Aid, and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
Erin is a proud Alumni of Xavier University of Louisiana, graduating as a part of the (Hurricane) “Katrina Class” with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2009. She went on to obtain her Master’s in Mental Health Clinical Counseling, graduating in the 1st Cohort at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington, D.C. Campus in 2016. As part of her self love practices, Erin enjoys reading, puzzles, yoga, exercising, playing video games and hanging out with her family.

Pamela Bierria is a clinician on the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team at iMind Behavioral Health with over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable populations, including children, families, and older adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a certified clinical social worker. Her work focuses on a holistic approach that integrates mental health care, educational support, and community resources to meet each client’s needs.
Her professional interests include supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions and strengthen their mental health and emotional well‑being. She values collaborative care and enjoys partnering with families, schools, and community providers to promote stability and resilience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating resin and silicone projects such as worry stones, jars, and “pick‑me” pads.

Kristina Rowshan, LCSW-C, is an Urgent Care Clinician at iMind Behavioral Health, where she provides crisis assessments, safety planning, and short-term therapeutic support. She has a background in integrated behavioral health and experience working with diverse populations across outpatient and community settings. Kristina uses a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and draws from evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT to help clients feel grounded, understood, and supported. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate acute stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficult life transitions.
Kristina values creating a calm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe and empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Real Housewives (she’s seen every city!), spending time with her cat, and going on walks around the city.
My name is Kyona Trohallis and as the Office Manager and Utilization Specialist at iMind Behavioral Health, I am dedicated to creating a cohesive, supportive, and efficient environment for both staff and clients. Dr. Kimberly Gordon-Achebe serves as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of the Mobile Response and Stabilization Program at iMIND Behavioral Health. A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and Tulane University School of Medicine, she completed both her psychiatry residency and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Tulane. Dr. Gordon-Achebe is a nationally recognized thought leader in mental health equity and social justice, specializing in community psychiatry, child and adolescent mental health, and trauma-informed care. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and serves on the Board of the American Association for Community Psychiatry. Her professional interests include school-based mental health, mobile crisis response, and addressing health disparities in underserved communities. When she’s not caring for patients or leading clinical teams, Dr. Gordon-Achebe loves to sing, cook, dance, and spend time with her infant twins and husband.

Joyce serves as the Clinical Director for both the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and the Urgent Care Clinic at iMind Behavioral Health. She is a devoted wife and mother of two, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addictions Counselor. An Air Force veteran, Joyce brings more than 27 years of experience in behavioral health, including substance use treatment, mental health services, and social support programs.
Currently a doctoral candidate, Joyce is passionate about teaching, inspiring others, and shaping the next generation of behavioral health professionals and leaders. In addition to her clinical work, she is an experienced adjunct professor and keynote speaker who regularly facilitates mental health seminars in diverse settings, promoting wellness and resilience across varied communities.
Joyce’s faith is a cornerstone of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—and never turns down a good shopping trip.

I am a multicultural therapist who specializes in culturally responsive counseling. My work centers on providing support to children and teens. Drawing from narrative, relational-cultural, CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients explore their stories and reclaim their sense of self. MRSS Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Fulgentia Smith is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and holds a master’s degree in public health. She serves as the psychiatric nurse practitioner for iMind’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program, with a clinical focus on child and adolescent mental health, crisis intervention, and rapid stabilization. Known for her calm and steady presence, Fulgentia provides expert guidance to youth and families during high-stress situations. She is committed to compassionate, culturally responsive care that supports clients and communities in achieving stability, healing, and long-term wellness.

Steven Flynn is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of experience driving organizational success. With over two decades in executive roles, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a strong strategic vision.
Throughout his career, Steven has successfully led cross-functional teams, spearheading major initiatives and driving transformative change. His ability to inspire and motivate her team has resulted in increased productivity, improved employee engagement, and elevated organizational performance. Steven’s leadership style is characterized by his strong communication skills, adaptability, and a keen focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Myrissa Ramie is a lead licensed clinical professional counselor on the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT). Myrissa has many years’ experience working on the mobile crisis team in Prince George’s County. In addition to crisis work, she has experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting to both youth and adults. Myrissa is passionate about helping individuals and their loved ones understand their mental health diagnosis, which in turns assists them in making informed decisions about their care. Outside of work, Myrissa enjoys reading and spending time with her pets.

Johnetta Sams is a licensed clinician within the outpatient mental health clinic (OMHC). She received her undergraduate degree in sociology from Bowie State University and her master’s degree in counseling from the University of the District of Columbia. Her clinical practice focuses on anxiety, depression, life adjustments, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. She is passionate about helping individuals deal with their mental health challenges and improving their overall quality of life. She believes that therapy and the process of change require clients to be engaged and willing to incorporate what they learn in session into their everyday lives. When she is not engaged with clients, she spends her time with family, baking, and expanding her knowledge in other areas.

Yolanda “Yoly” Gales, LCPC is a native born Washingtonian who graduated from Duke Ellington’s School of the Arts Theatre Department. She enjoys traveling and trying new ethnic / cultural foods. She has been a clinician for 2 years in the Maryland Landover/ Hyattsville area where she has primarily worked as an Urgent Care Clinician for the PG County area. She has worked with various populations (teens, young adults, single/ married clients, and people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds).

She is a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves. She served during the Iraqi and Afghanistan wars. She has been a member of the iMind Management team since 2017. Winnie has worked in the mental health field for over 35 years in several different States including Georgia, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Kansas, Ohio, and Maryland. She is a certified Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) Coordinator, PREPARE/ENRICH Couple’s Facilitator, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

As a native to the Washington DC area, I am adamant about helping in the field as a Social Worker. Having graduated from both my Bachelors at UDC and my Masters at Fordham University, I have specialized in working with homeless individuals doing case management services and coordinating housing. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, I see several individuals and families struggling in the area and am becoming more aware of elderly services, mental health services, and homeless services being in more need. I am happy to be working with iMind Behavioral Health and providing our best abilities to be of help to Prince George’s County.

Kimberly Burton graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2008. She is a Social Work board approved supervisor and a board approved supervisor for Professional Counseling. She has extensive knowledge of human development and experience working with children and families in the field of Social Work.
Ms. Burton has worked collaboratively with primary caregivers, school professionals, health care professionals, and other counselors to create individual treatment plans, increase family communication, and promote safety for children and their families. She has worked as a custody evaluator for Prince George’s 7th District Circuit Court and as a social worker for Calvert County Department of Social Services as a part of the Family Preservation Unit and Child Protective Service Unit.
Ms. Burton has provided therapy for children, individuals, and their families with a wide range of DSM-5 diagnosis from Neurodevelopmental Disorders to Depressive Disorders, Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders to Personality Disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These positions have provided her with a clinical setting to perform individual, family, and group counseling. Ms. Burton has a great deal of knowledge regarding the family system, the DSM-5 mental health diagnoses, the court process, and state and local laws and regulations as it relates to behavioral health.

Minjee has an infused background in business and mental health, bringing fresh and unique perspectives to her work at iMind.
Having obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Minjee has undergone training under the guidance of top educators. Minjee has consistently dedicated herself to providing inclusive treatment to individuals, couples, families, including women of color and immigrants, as they navigate diverse mental health challenges. Her exceptional talent lies in fostering culturally sensitive solutions that promote overall well-being.
In addition to her education and counseling expertise, Minjee has a solid foundation in business
development and marketing. She is currently an MBA candidate at Georgetown University and
currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at iMind. In this role, she leads outreach initiatives so that her team can service more people and provide accessible care to the community. Additionally, she brings a genuine passion for curating positive work environments and supporting staff mental health.

Ayesha is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With a commitment to helping individuals navigate through their mental health challenges, Ayesha brings a collaborative and empathetic approach to her counseling practice.

Mac is a licensed therapist with 3 years of therapy. Mac is experienced with addictions, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, and mental health therapy. He has been licensed in Maryland and New York, and has worked with different agencies to deliver services such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy. Mac is experienced in running groups and individual therapy with an emphasis on Dual Diagnoses. He is also experienced brining services to the LBGTQ+ community, with a focus on same sex relationships and identity formation.
